All bookings made through our website, phone or WhatsApp are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A confirmation call or message from our team finalises your booking.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and follow standard safety practices during the trip. Aulakh Cab Service reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. Please check the vehicle before ending your trip.
Any changes to pickup location, drop location, date or time should be communicated to us as early as possible so we can accommodate them subject to availability.
While we take every precaution for a safe journey, Aulakh Cab Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
