Cancelling a Booking

You can cancel or reschedule a booking by calling or messaging us at 9501629511 as early as possible before the scheduled pickup time.

Advance Notice

We request at least a few hours' notice for local trips and at least 24 hours' notice for outstation and tour bookings, so we can reassign the vehicle and driver without inconvenience.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made very close to the pickup time, or a driver arriving with no passenger present, may involve a discussion with our team about the trip — please call us in advance if your plans change.

Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule your trip to a new date or time, subject to vehicle availability — just let us know as soon as your plans change.
